You will take charge of managing the operation and maintenance of crucial utility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and water purification systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC, chilled water, and boiler systems

• Support compliance through meticulous record-keeping

Requirements:

• Degree in Facilities Management or Engineering

• At least 5 years in a regulated maintenance environment

• Familiarity with safety regulations and GMP

• Experience with maintenance planning in SAP

• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
