A successful Retail Execution Manager will have a strong understanding of Canadian Tire retail operations and the Dealer model. Key Responsibilities:

Champion the execution of Canadian Tire's True North Strategy, prioritizing Customers at the Core to enhance the overall customer experience.
Partner directly with RVP building regional priorities and capacity to help plan and achieve corporate priorities.
Maintain an ethical and collaborative relationship between the Dealers and Corporation.
Ensure aligned corporate objectives are understood through written, verbal, and in-person communication.
Lead and support a team of Retail Execution Managers, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational excellence.
Drive team engagement and accountability through regular communication, feedback and performance tracking while acting as the primary escalation point for Retail Execution Managers.
Develop and maintain strong operational expertise, ensuring the team is proficient in all operational programs and processes.
Build strong partnerships with Regional Vice Presidents to drive strategic alignment and priorities across the region.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years in operational experience in Canadian Tire or equivalent retail.
5 years of people management experience.
Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a high-performing operational field team.
Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes without authority.
Ability to interpret data, gain insights, and provide recommendations.
Understanding the financial levers of a retail store.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
Required to travel extensively within and, at times, outside of assigned region.
Strong collaboration and timely effective communications skills.
Curious forward thinker about store operational trends in the industry.
General understanding of current and emerging technology.

Salary:

$64,000 – $106,000 annually. Typical hiring range is between $64,000 and $85,000.
