Assistant Director of Care, Long-Term Care: Care Planning
Age Care Woodhaven in Markham, ON is seeking an Assistant Director of Care to guide resident care in collaboration with the senior management team. You will help plan, organize, direct and coordinate care activities in line with policy, onboarding and annual staff education, safety programs and infection-control initiatives.
The role requires strong geriatric nursing knowledge, registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario, and experience in care administration.
