North Area Manager

Position: North Island Area Manager at Cascadia Liquor
Lead operational excellence as the North Island Area Manager for Cascadia Liquor. Oversee sales, manage teams, and drive efficiency in a collaborative and flexible environment.

As the North Island Area Manager, you will supervise General Managers across a diverse territory, ensuring high performance in sales and operational standards. You’ll engage closely with teams to foster collaboration and meet compliance requirements while enhancing the overall guest experience and brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of GMs to achieve sales targets

• Coach on KPIs and address performance gaps

• Ensure liquidity retail compliance across all stores

• Maintain operational consistency throughout territory

• Review financials to maximize sales and reduce expenses

Requirements:

• Minimum seven years in retail or hospitality management

• Five years in senior leadership roles required

• Proficiency in Office 365 and retail POS

• Strong communication and team management skills

• Valid driver’s license with an abstract
