Your key responsibility will be to manage the operational efficiency and financial objectives of multiple recycling units. You will mentor managers, ensure compliance with regulations, and oversee human resource functions from hiring to coaching. Regular financial assessments will play an essential role in guiding operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop effective recycling operating strategies
• Advise on program execution and alterations as needed
• Supervise recruitment, training, and staff evaluations
• Conduct Profit and Loss (P&L) reviews regularly
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations
Requirements:
• 4 years of industry experience required
• Valid driver's license for job-related travel
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time
• Bilingual skills are an asset
• Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent
