Senior Living Executive Director

Lead retirement residence operations and sales for Cogir Senior Living, applying hospitality leadership, financial acumen, and customer service expertise.
As Executive Director, you will oversee general management while delivering Cogir’s “More Living” experience. Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage operational processes, and foster resident care, collaboration, and continuous development. Your work supports service quality, occupancy, compliance, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee general management of the retirement residence
Lead, recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team
Manage department operations and allocate fiscal resources
Promote occupancy and sales within the local market
Monitor engagement, satisfaction, audits, occupancy, and operating profit
Requirements:
Minimum five years of management experience
Hospitality, hotel, or seniors living experience preferred
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in unionized environments
Financial acumen, budget management, and strategic planning expertise
Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
