Maintenance Supervisor

What You’ll Do:
Guide and coach a team of mechanics, setting the standard with your expertise.
Oversee regular and scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance to keep operations efficient.
Handle hiring, workforce planning, scheduling, employee relations, and development for your team.
Ensure a safe work environment while promoting continuous improvement and participating in capital projects.
Quickly resolve electrical and mechanical breakdowns to keep production on track.

Experience:
Experience in food, consumer products, high-speed packaging, or any high-speed manufacturing.
Military veterans often excel in this dynamic setting.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics, and experience with PLCs, VFDs, slicers, wrappers, ovens, and freezers.
