This co-op program will have you cycle through four key positions, each designed to build your expertise in injection moulding processes. You will engage with materials, operate machinery, and learn to recognize and troubleshoot production challenges while adhering to stringent safety regulations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze various types of polymers and contaminants
• Operate and maintain material handling equipment
• Perform set-ups and adjustments on moulding machines
• Build injection profiles and monitor processes
• Support safety initiatives and maintain clean work areas
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent required
• Must be enrolled in a Post-secondary Injection Moulding course
• Valid G2 Driver’s License is beneficial
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus
• Effective communication and time management skills
