Working collaboratively with production leads and cross‑functional teams, contributing ideas for continuous improvement and supporting operational priorities as needed.

This is a hands‑on operational role within an indoor production facility. The position includes: standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 25 kg (55 lbs), repetitive manual tasks and equipment handling, use of PPE and exposure to production equipment, solvents, and cultivation environments, working within a fast‑paced, evolving manufacturing setting.

About You
