At G&W Electric, you'll report to the Shift Team Lead, mastering blasting and finishing bottles in the Epox Department. This entry-level position suits candidates eager to learn while ensuring a clean and safe working environment. You will operate machines, handle PPE, and monitor equipment conditions while documenting production actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily bottle blast area and PPE

• Operate machines and hand tools for paint preparation

• Maintain safe, clean working environment

• Inspect work before transition to next operation

• Complete routine preventive maintenance on tools

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• 0-1 year experience in manufacturing preferred

• Ability to use small hand and power tools

• Basic computer skills required

• Must troubleshoot routine equipment issues
