As a Shipping/Receiving Team Lead, you will be instrumental in overseeing daily operations, employee training, and performance evaluations.
Your role involves conducting process audits and addressing inventory issues, all while maintaining high safety standards. Strong leadership and technical skills are essential to guide your team through complex tasks with varying schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations within the shipping and receiving department
• Train team members on receiving, shipping, and inventory processes
• Perform safety audits and manage compliance with 6S standards
• Facilitate communication between manufacturing and supply chain
• Assist in resolving material handling and inventory discrepancies
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Forklift License necessary
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Experience with ERP systems preferred
