CNC Programmer

The CNC programmer will be able to program for a combination of equipment including: 2-Boring Mill, 3-Vertical Mill,1- 2 axis Lathe, all using Master Cam 2019 and Fenuc Controls. The Programmer will produce full CNC programs for precision CNC machinery to produce high quality parts per blueprints, 2D AutoCAD, step files, solid models, and engineering specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for programing CNC equipment and producing accurate precision parts as per drawings:

Strong working knowledge of Master Cam and Fanuc Controls. Responsible for programming and advising set-up.

Inspecting machine parts as they are produced.

Troubleshoot a variety of CNC equipment to ensure they produce high quality parts by using blueprints, Jigs, CAD models, verbal instructions, and/or sketches.

Design and fabricate basic fixtures and tools necessary for the parts being produced

Follows Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures. Other duties, as assigned, or as business needs require

Program (Conversational and/or G code) and set-up CNC machines..

Experience:

CNC Programming: 3 years

machinist: 1 year (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
