Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will supervise daily manufacturing operations while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity are prioritized.

• Oversee 20+ hourly employees in daily operations
• Manage staffing, attendance, and performance metrics
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions
• Foster strong employee relations through coaching and feedback
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance on the production floor

• 5-7 years of manufacturing experience, 3 in leadership
• High school diploma or GED; technical education advantageous
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and root cause analysis
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate computer skills for inventory systems
