Blender Production Operator

Become a vital part of our team as a Blender Production Operator in Brampton, Ontario. This full-time role involves conducting paint drawdowns and blending customer orders to exact specifications.

In this position, you will prepare customer orders and operate mixing equipment every weekday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Your responsibilities include making shade adjustments, ensuring product quality, and maintaining organized workspace. Strong communication with supervisors and coworkers is essential to meet service expectations and compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and blend customer orders accurately

• Operate tinting and mixing equipment safely

• Adjust shade and gloss per customer specifications

• Maintain high quality standards and production records

• Keep tools and work environment organized

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Legal authorization to work in Canada

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal

• Ability to lift materials frequently up to 50 lbs

• One year of experience in mixing raw materials
