Production Supervisor

Position: Production Supervisor ON
Step into a pivotal role as a Production Supervisor with a leading industrial organization in Brampton, ON. This hands-on position demands leadership and operational excellence for both day and night shifts.
In this full-time, permanent role, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring quality and safety while managing a team of over 20 hourly employees. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will drive continuous improvement and foster strong employee relations through coaching and feedback, aiming for operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations with a focus on quality and safety

• Manage staffing, attendance, and performance metrics

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives actively

• Coach and provide feedback to employees effectively

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Requirements:

• 5-7 years in manufacturing with 3 years in leadership

• High school diploma or GED, technical background preferred

• Familiarity with Lean methodologies and root cause analysis

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Intermediate computer skills for inventory systems
