Production Team Lead

• Lead and work as part of a small team to bake products from scratch early each morning, following carefully crafted recipes.
• Lead and work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean, and contribute to a great customer experience.
• Set and review production schedules to make sure product is out to meet our customers needs.

• You are a positive leader and fast learner with a willingness to learn all operations within the bakery.
• You have previous supervisory experience in a bakery or food production environment.
• You are a great communicator, problem solver and critical thinker.
• You are an early riser who can work independently or with a small team.
• You have an ability to forecast and adjust production level based on a detailed review of business data.
• Experienced in delivering exceptional customer service is preferred.

• Continuous standing/walking for all tasks.
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 22 kg.
• Frequent turning and reaching.
• Occasional pushing, pulling and some forward bending.
• Ability to lift at least 2.5 kg to a height of 1.7 meters.
• Constant use of both hands, with frequent wrist rotation and flexing, occasional forceful gripping.
