Production Team Lead

Position Overview

We are looking for a personable Production Team Lead to assist the Bakery Production Manager in delivering fresh bread and products to our loyal customers.

• Lead and work as part of a small team to bake products from scratch early each morning, following carefully crafted recipes.
• Lead and work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean and contribute to a great customer experience.
• Set and review production schedules to ensure product meets customer needs.

• Positive leader; fast learner with willingness to learn all bakery operations.
• Previous supervisory experience in a bakery or food production environment.
• Great communicator, problem solver, and critical thinker.
• Early riser who can work independently or with a small team.
• Ability to forecast and adjust production levels based on detailed business data review.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service is preferred.

• Continuous standing/walking for all tasks.
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 22 kg.
• Frequent turning and reaching.
• Occasional pushing, pulling, and some forward bending.
• Ability to lift at least 2.5 kg to a height of 1.7 meters.
• Constant use of both hands, with frequent wrist rotation and flexing; occasional forceful gripping.
