Position: Senior Designer for Manufacturing Solutions
Location: Halton Hills

Take the lead as a Senior Engineering Designer focused on manufacturing solutions for custom store fixtures. This role requires advanced Solid Works skills combined with a practical manufacturing background.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers and Production to create precise shop drawings. This full-time, on-site position also facilitates real-time problem-solving during production, making your role critical for project success in custom designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee creation of production drawings

• Translate customer sketches into detailed engineering drawings

• Address design challenges and optimize fabrication methods

• Incorporate real-time feedback from production teams

• Guide junior designers with technical mentoring

Requirements:

• Expertise in Solid Works and advanced design concepts

• Understanding of fabrication and manufacturing processes

• Proven experience in custom cabinetry design

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings

• Relevant post-secondary technical education
