Position: Toolmaker/Finisher for Robotic Assembly Lines
Cosma International is searching for a Toolmaker/Finisher specializing in tools used for robotic automotive assembly. Contribute your expertise in tooling and dimensional accuracy to our innovative team.

This full-time permanent role focuses on your experience with automotive tooling, ensuring correct fit through quality inspection. Your skills in reading blueprints and measuring dimensions underlie the daily responsibilities you will manage. Enjoy a dynamic work environment that values continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finish and modify tools for robotic systems

• Inspect, debug, and confirm tool performance

• Analyze CMM reports for dimensional accuracy

• Conduct quality follow-ups and countermeasure development

• Train Tool & Die Apprentices as needed

Requirements:

• Tool and Die Maker certificate required

• Minimum five years in automotive tooling or assembly

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Knowledge of welding, gluing, and stamping processes

• Must possess valid travel documents
