2019 guidance, work with Production and Maintenance department to develop PM strategies for assets, Document Navigation Accelerator (linked drawings), spare part lists, job plans and PMu
2019s for our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Daily - Coordinate the completion of Safety-related WOu
2019s, gather PM completion data, and work with Maintenance Planner to plan/schedule follow-up WOu

Standardize and build spare parts lists of equipment by reviewing drawings and documentation, physical line walkdowns and contacting vendors.
Accurately identify and add assembly/component drawings and P&IDs to in-house Document Navigation Accelerator (DNA) system.
Assist Reliability Engineer with collecting evidence and data during Root Cause Analysis investigations.
Document asset information to update existing drawings and spare parts in CMMS.
Assist in building Reliability and Maintenance reports and dashboards.
Develop and update SOPu
2019s, and SWIu

Become our go-to employee to support Millwrights and Electricians with CMMS issues and training, as well as training and providing tips on DNA system.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
A current student enrolled in an Engineering program specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Chemical Engineering - Required.
Available for a minimum of 12 months - Required.
Works towards being a key player on our team, focuses on building relationships with all departments and personnel, and understands when urgency is required.
Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment/components such as conveyors, elevators, pumps, motors, gearboxes, couplings, bearings, belts, etc.
Ability to read blueprints, as well as measuring components, and creating hand sketches and basic drawings.
Can work autonomously, manages their time well, can accurately estimate job task time, and will know when to ask questions.
Proficiency in MS Excel (Look-ups, Pivot Tables), and Word.
Knowledge of a CMMS is an advantage.
Critical thinking skills, and a high degree of organization are a must.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Expresses an interest in working in a high-speed production facility that utilizes many complicated processes and technologies.
Is not concerned with working in dusty, dirty, and loud environments.
