Finishing Operator

Position: Finishing Operator at DCM
Become a key member of DCM's team in Brampton, ON as a Finishing Operator. Drive production quality by utilizing various finishing equipment from laminators to binding machines.

DCM is actively seeking a full-time Finishing Operator to work onsite Monday to Friday. In this role, you'll operate general finishing equipment and perform hand work while ensuring that the finished products meet quality specifications. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring production efficiency and adhering to health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and follow detailed docket instructions carefully

• Set up finishing equipment based on specific job needs

• Log damaged forms and complete necessary paperwork

• Operate machines to meet production standards and quality

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma with 1+ years manufacturing experience

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Knowledge of imperial measurements for operational tasks

• Capability to lift items up to 35 lbs

• Familiarity with finishing equipment is an asset
