Afternoon Shift Production Supervisor

Job Summary

Permanent Production Supervisor role located in Brampton, ON. Responsible for managing a team of 15–20 machine operators and overseeing all aspects of production operations.

• Oversee and manage 15–20 machine operators.
• Complete daily production scheduling.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory and ensure material availability.
• Communicate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
• Assist with tasks on the production floor.
• Monitor productivity and provide performance feedback.

• 3+ years experience as a production supervisor.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience.
• Proven experience managing 15+ people.
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge or inclination.
• Strong scheduling, inventory, and communication skills.

Afternoon shift. Fully onsite.

• Pay range: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year.
