Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for guiding the shipping and receiving team. This includes conducting training, overseeing inventory audits, and addressing material challenges.
Your role is crucial in maintaining workflow efficiency and ensuring on-time delivery through effective collaboration with manufacturing and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the shipping and receiving team daily
• Conduct employee training and performance assessments
• Perform safety checks and 6S audits regularly
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and supply issues
• Generate reports for quality and design inconsistencies
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Forklift License essential for operational tasks
• Strong skills in problem-solving and team leadership
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems preferred
