Experienced Production Operator

Position: Experienced Production Operator Role
Join IKO Industries Ltd. as an experienced Production Operator where you will play a critical role in manufacturing roofing materials. This position offers you the chance to ensure quality and efficiency on the production line.

As a Production Operator, you will report to the Production Supervisor and be responsible for running multiple production tasks. Your duties will include operating machinery, conducting quality inspections, and managing equipment jams. You will follow strict safety protocols and help maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect raw materials and finished products per quality specifications

• Operate a propane-powered forklift safely

• Enter operational data into the production system

• Conduct quality checks at regular intervals

• Assist in maintaining clean work areas and safety compliance

Requirements:

• Preferably 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience

• Strong communication skills in English

• Capacity to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety guidelines

• Manual dexterity with equipment handling

• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds regularly
