Laird Distribution Production Supervisor

We're hiring a full-time Production Supervisor for the Laird Distribution Center in Mississauga. Focus on plating and fulfillment efficiency while maintaining quality during a PM shift.

As the Production Supervisor, you will lead the team and collaborate with the Plating and Fulfillment Manager to ensure product arrives on time without errors. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in the Food & Beverage sector, with a knack for quantitative analysis and process management to drive improvement efforts for production accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage production and staging weekly schedules

• Drive customer experience through accurate fulfillment

• Review error trends and implement improvement strategies

• Use technology to ensure ship quality and accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant management experience

• 2-3 years of production management experience

• Proficient in MS Excel and G-Suite Apps
