This on-site role targets candidates passionate about improving systems, workflows, and productivity. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement Lean Manufacturing principles across teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes and workflows
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in various areas
• Conduct time studies and work measurement analyses
• Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Optimize production layouts and workstation configurations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing
• Strong proficiency in Lean methodologies
• Knowledge of ERP systems and data analytics
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
