Position: Machine Operator Night Shift at Give & Go

In your role as a Machine Operator, you will report to the Area Leader and Production Supervisor, monitoring machinery while maintaining high safety standards and production quality. Your experience is valued as you lead operations, perform maintenance checks, and communicate effectively with your team to resolve issues promptly. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety and operational procedures are strictly followed

• Monitor equipment gauges and machinery performance

• Conduct maintenance checks and manage defect responses

• Load packaging materials accurately and perform changeovers

• Complete required paperwork efficiently and ensure quality specifications

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• 1 year of machine operation in manufacturing

• Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork

• Capacity to lift 25-50 lbs as required

• Proficiency in English for documentation purposes
