Materials Coordinator

In this role, you will report to the Materials Supervisor and oversee logistics for raw materials and finished goods. Key responsibilities include ensuring employee safety, coordinating freight, maintaining inventory control, and performing production planning to optimize efficiencies. You will directly interact with customers to fulfill product and delivery needs while aiding in budget management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound freight

• Conduct data analysis for cost-effective operations

• Perform daily production planning and monthly scheduling

• Communicate with customers for delivery requirements

• Supervise inventory control and cycle counting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum three years in a materials role, preferably plastics

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting

• Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities
