As part of the EFCO team, you will perform critical welding tasks that support manufacturing operations. This position requires proficiency in MIG welding and effective reading of mechanical drawings. You will play a crucial role in ensuring quality assurance and form maintenance, enhancing the overall production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build various forms without fixtures or guides

• Interpret mechanical drawings for layout construction

• Use MIG welding techniques to fabricate components

• Verify weld quality using measuring tools

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education

• Proficiency in MIG welding processes

• Experience with material handling equipment

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings

• Pass EFCO’s welding test
