Position: Full-Time Production Associate Concord

As a vital member of Bimbo Canada's production team, you will be responsible for scaling, mixing, and distributing ingredients. Ideal candidates should have good hand-eye coordination and be capable of handling physically demanding work. You will be operating in a fast-paced environment with flexibility in shifts and responsibilities according to production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scale and mix ingredients accurately for production

• Perform physically demanding tasks, lifting up to 50lbs

• Follow GMP and Food Safety regulations strictly

• Maintain attention to detail while working safely

• Adapt to alternate duties as required by production

Requirements:

• Experience in scaling, mixing, or distribution is preferred

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Mechanical aptitude is an asset

• Must be 18 years old or older

• Excellent attendance and work record
