Your role will include critical quality control, production tasks, and strong adherence to safety standards.
In this full-time position, you will tackle essential mechanical tasks while ensuring your workspace remains organized and safe. Your experience in small component assembly coupled with your understanding of blueprints will guide your contributions to our production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute production tasks following company procedures
• Organize work to ensure traceability and accountability
• Control critical quality items for high production standards
• Maintain a clean work environment using 5S practices
• Participate in TPM and improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum high school and technical diploma
• 1-2 years of relevant assembly experience
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift and handle items between 10-30 lbs
