As part of Magna's Cosma group, you'll serve as a crucial team member with responsibilities spanning project analysis and optimization. You should have at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments and demonstrate a strong understanding of body assembly and welding technologies. Directly engage with clients and internal teams to realize engineering goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and enhance manufacturing operations
• Troubleshoot and analyze process complexities
• Create project timelines and manage engineering outputs
• Improve processes based on data-driven insights
• Collaborate effectively across teams for project success
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering preferred
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing or industrial roles
• Proficient in various assembly and welding technologies
• Capable of using CAD design software
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
