Expert Baker Mixer Role Available

Join Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp. as a Baker Mixer, contributing to the creation of high-quality baked goods. This day shift position focuses on mixing raw materials with an eye for detail and safety.

In this role, you'll be integral to the production process under the guidance of the Line Leader. Responsibilities include ensuring the correct operation of equipment and practicing Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices. Your commitment to quality will shine as you monitor products during production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review batch sheets to guide production

• Stage and prepare ingredients for mixing

• Ensure safe operation and cleanliness of equipment

• Follow recipes strictly for batch preparation

• Document mixing records on the computer

Requirements:

• Completion of high school education

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, food experience preferred

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• Strong commitment to GMP and safety standards
