Lean Industrial Engineer in Ontario

Fleming Baron, part of ASSA ABLOY, seeks an Industrial Engineer in Woodbridge, Ontario, to drive improvements through Lean Manufacturing strategies. You'll analyze operations for efficiency and productivity.

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Engineer with a strong background in manufacturing environments. In this on-site role, you will lead initiatives to optimize workflows and ensure high-quality production. Your experience will contribute to enhancing safety and reducing costs in our operations through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and enhance manufacturing systems for effectiveness

• Lead initiatives focused on safety and productivity

• Perform time studies and analyze production data

• Develop operating practices and labour standards

• Collaborate on CAPEX projects and implementations

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering

• At least 5 years in a manufacturing role

• Strong knowledge of Lean principles

• Experience with KPIs and OEE metrics

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
