We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Welder to join our team, offering $32.00 to $38.00 per hour. You will interpret welding specifications, operate various welding machines, and ensure weld quality meets industry standards. Familiarity with heavy lifting, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance is essential for this physically demanding role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and apply welding process specifications

• Operate fully automated welding equipment and manual machines

• Read and interpret detailed welding blueprints

• Inspect welds to meet quality standards

• Fit and braze metal components accurately

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and own transportation

• Level three or four apprenticeship training in welding

• Experience with custom fabrication processes

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg)

• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
