Position: Flexographic Press Operator at DCM
Become a Flexographic Press Operator at DCM in Brampton, ON. This full-time role focuses on operating state-of-the-art printing technology to produce quality labels in a rotating shift schedule.

At DCM, you will join a leading provider of print and digital solutions, known for delivering exceptional services to over 2,500 clients. As a Press Operator, your key responsibility includes setting up and operating a rotary flexographic press, ensuring compliance with job specifications. You'll utilize your experience with presses and enhance our quality while minimizing waste.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret production dockets for job setup

• Mount flexographic plates and load print cylinders

• Select anilox volume and monitor ink viscosity

• Regulate roll tension to maintain registration

• Troubleshoot print and registration issues effectively

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent

• Hands-on experience with flexographic printing presses

• Strong knowledge of flexographic products

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
