Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure alignment with EHS policies and 6S principles

• Develop and audit control plans for operational efficiency

• Lead corrective actions for unit losses and claims

• Meet customer quality and service standards

• Maintain accountability for unplanned downtime events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience

• Proven leadership in organizational change

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Experience in team motivation and development
