Nutrient Machine Operator

Join Maple Lodge Farms in Brampton as our Machine Operator – Nutrient, where you'll ensure efficient operation and safety of equipment in one of Canada's largest poultry processors. This role focuses on quality assurance and equipment maintenance.

Reporting to the Nutrient Plant Supervisor, you'll be responsible for starting up and shutting down rendering processes while closely monitoring product quality.

Your role involves troubleshooting mechanical issues, conducting quality checks, and documenting processes to maintain compliance with our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Start up and shut down rendering equipment

• Monitor processes for quality and make adjustments

• Conduct quality assurance checks routinely

• Repair and maintain processing equipment

• Document and complete process checks accurately

Requirements:

• Previous experience in machine operation

• Knowledge of food regulatory standards

• Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety regulations

• Effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment

• High School Diploma
