Maintenance Supervisor

In this pivotal role, you will report to the Maintenance Manager, managing the Maintenance department to meet compliance and efficiency standards. You will utilize your supervisory experience to coach and train a skilled workforce while analyzing budget forecasts and quality metrics. Your expertise will ensure all facility equipment exceeds company standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain facility equipment to company standards

• Ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations

• Monitor daily Quality Index and address quality issues

• Analyze budget forecasts and report on variances

• Conduct department and safety meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

• 3-5 years in a skilled trade supervisory role

• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement

• Knowledge of GMP’s and WHMIS regulations

• Experience in Beverage or Food Manufacturing is an asset
