Production Operator

Fleetwood Metal Industries, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for an Production Operator in our Tillsonburg, Ontario Stamping Facility. The Production Operator is responsible for operating the Robot Weld Cell and producing quality parts.

• Production line work, such as reworking, packing, and sorting parts
• Assist and provide support to pressoperatorswith set up procedures
• Support the maintenance, tooling, quality, and logisticsdepartments
• Perform quality checks and ensure product meets specifications
• Utilize welding and grinding hand tools
• Maintain & improve housekeeping within workarea
• Other duties assigned by the management team

• Ability to meet quota and standards by performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to retain information and communicate effectively
• Ability to stand for long periods of time/ lift 23 kg (50 lbs)
• Able to work Days/Afternoons rotation or Straight Midnights

• Mechanically inclined

The pay range for this role is $20.00/hour to $30.00/hour.
