This full-time position in Scarborough reports to the Manager of Advanced Technologies Quality. You will be integral in ensuring the quality of new vehicle systems during development, focusing on customer satisfaction and acceptance metrics.
Your role requires collaboration with global teams and an early detection mindset in identifying issues with advanced vehicle systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute early detection of product quality concerns on BEV systems
• Prepare Field Technical Reports through detailed analysis
• Collaborate with global affiliates to resolve technical issues
• Coordinate evaluations and tests for new powertrain models
• Implement kaizen initiatives to boost efficiency
Requirements:
• University degree in engineering
• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Strong business partnering with stakeholders
• Technical leadership skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
