CNC Machine Operator – Manufacturing

Position: CNC Machine Operator – Manufacturing Role
Join ALMAG Aluminum as a CNC Machine Operator, where you will set up and operate CNC machines to ensure high-quality manufacturing output. This full-time role focuses on precision machining and quality assurance.

As a CNC Set-up Operator under the guidance of the Fabrication Supervisor, you’ll be tasked with the setup and operation of CNC equipment to produce parts that meet engineering standards. You will also perform adjustments to machining programs and ensure that sampling is double-checked for accuracy. Your attention to detail and compliance with safety regulations will support the team’s productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively set up and operate various CNC machines

• Adjust machining programs based on production needs

• Fabricate quality parts following drawings

• Complete preventative maintenance checks daily

• Conduct quality checks on incoming materials

Requirements:

• High School diploma with relevant production experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years in CNC operation

• Strong English communication skills

• Ability to read and interpret drawings

• Forklift certification is advantageous
