Key Responsibilities:

• Stage ingredients accurately for batch mixing

• Follow safety protocols during equipment operation

• Monitor product adherence to quality standards

• Ensure accurate recording of mix data

• Participate in equipment changeovers and sanitation

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

• 1-3 years in a manufacturing setting

• Knowledge of food manufacturing preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong recipe compliance skills
