Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Technical Assembler / Warehouse Associate in the Manufacturing industry in Brampton, Ontario.

Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both tools and materials? We are seeking a Technical Assembler / Warehouse Personnel to support product assembly, quality inspection, inventory management, shipping, and receiving operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of technical production work and warehouse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment focused on quality, safety, and teamwork.

A

typical day:
  • Assemble, inspect, test, and troubleshoot components according to drawings and work instructions
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment safely
  • Receive, organize, pick, and prepare materials for production requirements
  • Package finished products and prepare orders for shipping and distribution
  • Maintain inventory records, cycle counts, and a clean, organized work environment
Successful candidates will have:
  • Possess 1 to 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production environments
  • Read and interpret basic technical drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and basic computer systems confidently
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and organizational skills
  • Lift and move materials safely while working independently and within a team environment
Total rewards:

  • Work full-time in a permanent position with a stable Monday to Friday schedule
