Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain primary and secondary packaging equipment
• Perform mechanical setups and troubleshooting for filling systems
• Changeover and calibrate automated systems during production
• Conduct routine inspections and resolve operational issues
• Support training for new employees in technical tasks
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum two years in a manufacturing/packaging environment
• Experience with pharmaceutical equipment and changeovers
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft and MES software preferred
