Automatic Screen Printing Press Operator
Location:
Brampton, ON
Job Type: Temporary, Full-time (Temp to Permanent)
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday.
Shifts:
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
About the Role We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Automatic Screen Printing Press Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate has experience operating an automatic screen printing press (M&R equipment preferred) and takes pride in producing high-quality, consistent work in a fast-paced environment. This is a temp-to-perm position with real opportunities for growth as our operations expand.
Key Responsibilities Set up and operate automatic screen printing presses
Maintain accurate registration, color consistency, and print quality
Monitor production to ensure efficiency and minimal downtime
Troubleshoot printing issues to keep jobs running smoothly
Perform routine press maintenance and adjustments
Inspect finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards
Assist with unboxing blanks, cleaning tools and screens, and maintaining a clean production space
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications Experience operating an automatic screen printing press preferred
Manual press experience will be considered
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume production environment
Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
Experience with M&R equipment is an asset
