Operations Excellence Specialist - Sofina

Join Sofina as an Operations Excellence Specialist focusing on driving continuous improvement in food manufacturing. You'll leverage skills in TPM, Lean, and OEE to elevate plant processes and optimization.

Reporting directly to the Manager of Product & Process Development, this role involves enhancing process reliability and plant capacity while building the capabilities of personnel. You will participate in meaningful projects and be a mentor within the team. Your success hinges on analytical skills, strong communication, and the ability to foster relationships across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide process optimization projects for performance enhancement

• Establish sustainable manufacturing standards

• Cultivate improvements in manufacturing reliability

• Generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders

• Develop effective production processes in collaboration with engineering teams

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering required

• Relevant experience in food manufacturing (2-3 years)

• Proficiency in MS Word and Advanced Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Lean training/accreditation is favorable
