Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Technical Assembler / Warehouse Associate in the Manufacturing industry in Brampton, Ontario.
Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both tools and materials? We are seeking a Technical Assembler / Warehouse Personnel to support product assembly, quality inspection, inventory management, shipping, and receiving operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of technical production work and warehouse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment focused on quality, safety, and teamwork.
Atypical day:
- Assemble, inspect, test, and troubleshoot components according to drawings and work instructions
- Operate hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment safely
- Receive, organize, pick, and prepare materials for production requirements
- Package finished products and prepare orders for shipping and distribution
- Maintain inventory records, cycle counts, and a clean, organized work environment
- Possess 1 to 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production environments
- Read and interpret basic technical drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and basic computer systems confidently
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and organizational skills
- Lift and move materials safely while working independently and within a team environment
- $24.00 hourly
- Work full-time in a permanent position with a stable Monday to Friday schedule
- Gain experience across both technical assembly and warehouse operations
- Develop skills using tools, equipment, inventory systems, and production processes
- Collaborate with a supportive team in a safety-focused environment
- Contribute to products from assembly through final shipment
