Position: Brampton Flexo Operator - Full Time

You'll play a vital role in ensuring the operational success of rotary die presses, from setup to cleanup. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate rotary presses for production runs

• Maintain high standards of safety and quality

• Monitor press efficiency and adjust as needed

• Stage next materials to optimize workflows

• Participate in Lean initiatives for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required

• 6+ months experience in manufacturing or printing

• Strong mechanical and color differentiation skills

• Capable of lifting up to 85 lbs and standing long hours

• Willing to adapt to varying shift requirements
