As the Team Leader for Shipping and Receiving, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring that products are shipped and received accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for training team members, conducting process audits, and supporting continuous improvement projects. Collaboration with various departments is essential to maintain high inventory standards and delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership to the shipping and receiving team
• Assist in employee evaluations and training sessions
• Perform safety audits and operational checks
• Troubleshoot inventory and material issues
• Ensure smooth coordination with manufacturing and supply teams
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Valid high school diploma or GED
• Forklift license required
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and ERP systems
